Booking and Payment

Booking is recommended, especially during peak tourist seasons, to ensure the availability of vehicles.

For outstation bookings, a minimum token amount will be charged at least 10-20% of the total booking amount of advance.

The remaining charge will be taken as 30%- 30% and 20% at the end. 

Vehicle Type & Fares

Taxis are available in different categories like hatchbacks, sedans, SUVs, etc. and booking is based on the type of vehicle. 

Rates of Taxi is per day not per km.

Night charges (10 PM – 6 AM) may apply with an incremental fee levied per hour of night travel.

Inclusions & Exclusions

The taxi includes everything but make sure that when you talk to your taxi service provide get a confirmation for that. 

Driver & Usage Rules

Maximum 10-12 hours of driving per day per driver for outstation travel with adequate rest periods mandated.

No restrictions on routes unless specified, but drivers have the right to deny entry to areas deemed unsafe due to terrain/weather conditions.

Smoking is generally prohibited in taxis. Consumption of alcohol/drugs is strictly not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

10 % cancellation before 3 days hours of scheduled journey start time.

Cancellation fees of 25-50% apply within 24 hours, and 75-100% on the same day/after the journey starts.
